Samsung launches Galaxy Book 2, Galaxy Book Go laptops in India with attractive offers
Samsung’s Galaxy Book 2 laptop lineup, which was unveiled last month at MWC 2022, has now made it to Indian shores. The South Korean firm has launched six new laptops in India: Galaxy Book 2, Galaxy Book 2 360, Galaxy Book 2 Pro, Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360, Galaxy Book 2 Business, and Galaxy Book Go.
This is the first time Samsung has launched its laptops in India over the past eight years. The most affordable laptop in the company’s new laptop lineup is the Galaxy Book Go. It was originally launched in the US last year with the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 ARM chipset. It is priced at INR 38,990 (around $513), and Samsung is offering an instant cashback of INR 3,000 (around $40).
The Galaxy Book 2 starts at INR 65,990 (around $868), while the Galaxy Book 2 360 has a starting price tag of INR 99,990 (around $1,314). The Galaxy Book 2 has a 15.6-inch display, while the Galaxy Book 2 360 has a 13.3-inch touchscreen with a bundled S Pen.
The Galaxy Book 2 Pro, which comes in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch versions, starts at INR 106,990 (around $1,400). Samsung will sell this laptop in Graphite and Silver color variants. The Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 comes in the same color and size variants as the Galaxy Book 2 Pro and has a starting price of INR 115,990 (around $1,526).
Those who pre-book the Galaxy Book 2, Galaxy Book 2 Pro, or the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 can get the Galaxy Buds 2 for just INR 999 (around $13), a 24-inch monitor at just INR 2,999 (around $40), and an instant cashback of INR 5,000 (around $65).
The Galaxy Book 2 Business will sell in India for INR 104,990, but there will be higher-priced models of the laptop. Samsung has not listed any pre-booking offer for its business-oriented notebook.
All the laptops in the Galaxy Book 2 series feature Intel’s 12th Gen CPUs with a 10nm fabrication process (also known as Intel 7). They run Windows 11 out of the box and feature Galaxy ecosystem features like Bixby, Link Sharing, Quick Share, Samsung Gallery, Samsung Notes, Second Screen, Smart Switch, SmartThings, and more.
