Samsung joins hands with Indian youth for the Solve for Tomorrow initiative

Samsung India organized a roadshow titled ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ at the iconic Samsung Opera store in Bengaluru, which is the largest experience center in India. This education and CSR roadshow was attended by over 200 students from various colleges in Bengaluru. These students participated, discussed, and put forward their thoughts on how they wished to solve real-world problems the country and its people are facing.

The participating students said that they wanted to solve the problems of waste collection for recycling, provide quality education to students in rural India, and help improve the quality of life for people living in slums. They also discussed how to reduce fuel wastage. improve the efficiency of vehicles, solve water scarcity issues, and face data security problems.

Bengaluru’s youth appreciated and asked for more platforms such as Samsung India’s ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ education and innovative competitions, as it can guide and support them in replicating their ideas in the real world and help solve the problems of society. Samsung India is inviting applications for the inaugural edition of Solve for Tomorrow.

Students in India aged 16-22 years in the areas of education, environment, healthcare, and agriculture are eligible to participate. They can send their ideas by 5 PM on July 31, 2022. Three national winners of this competition will get mega support of INR 10,000,000 and mentorship support by IIT Delhi for six months to transform their ideas into reality.
