Samsung Galaxy A71 5G visits Geekbench with an Exynos 980 SoC

Samsung announced the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 last December and is preparing to launch their 5G versions soon. The Galaxy A51 5G passed through Geekbench in January, revealing its key specs. Now it’s the A71 5G that has popped up on the benchmark database.

The Galaxy A71 5G bearing model code SM-A7160, which will be headed to China, will have the Exynos 980 SoC at the helm – the same chipset that will power the Galaxy A51 5G.

The A71 5G will run Android 10 out of the box, likely with One UI 2.0 on top. It will have 8GB RAM onboard, but there will likely be other memory options as well that are still unconfirmed.
