Last week we learned that the Redmi Note 9 series launch event will take place on March 12 at an online-only event. We also saw the phone in a Geeekbench listing which revealed 6GB RAM, Android 10 and an unannounced chipset bearing the “curtana” moniker. Now, noted tipster Ishan Agarwal came through with some more details on the hotly anticipated midranger.
The Note 9 Pro is expected to come with a 6.67″ LCD display of FHD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It will have a 16MP selfie cam while around the back will sit 48MP main shooter, 8MP ultrawide snapper, 5MP macro cam and a depth helper.
The Snapdragon 720G SoC is tipped to sit at the helm with 4/6GB RAM while storage options will be 64GB and 128GB. Battery-wise we should expect a 5,020mAh cell with 18W charging speeds.
