Galaxy S23 series dimensions and display specifications leak

Samsung should be planning to release the Galaxy S23 in early 2023. Rumors so far say that the upcoming flagship lineup will look a lot like the Galaxy S22 series, and now, the alleged dimensions and display specifications for the Galaxy S23 trio have leaked to lend more credibility to the “similar design” theory.

Let’s start with the base model, the Galaxy S23. It will supposedly feature a 6.1-inch display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080, and the phone will measure 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6mm. Comparatively, the Galaxy S22 measures 146 x 70.6 x 7.6mm but has the same display size and resolution. (via SlashLeaks)

In fact, the latest leak claims that all three Galaxy S23 models have the same display sizes and resolutions as the S22 series. So, the Galaxy S23+ should have a 6.6-inch 2340 x 1080 display, while the Galaxy S23 Ultra reportedly features a 6.8-inch panel with a pixel count of 3088 x 1440. However, it is possible that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a flatter display than the 2022 model.

As for their overall size, the Galaxy S23+ could measure 157.8 x 76.2 x 7.6mm, while the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s dimensions should clock in at 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm. Nobody but Samsung knows when exactly the Galaxy S23 series will hit the shelves, but early January or February 2022 is a safe bet.
