Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King launches on Xbox One

When I was little, I used to love Disney’s platforming games. I remember playing Aladdin, Hercules, and The Lion King. All three of them were challenging experiences that featured a lot of frustrating stages. It’s maybe been almost two decades since I’ve played Aladdin and The Lion King, but that changed today. Today, Disney released a $30 collection that includes Aladdin and The Lion King on Xbox One and other platforms.

Both of the games feature certain tweaks and enhancements. According to the company, Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King will include the fan-favorite versions of each original title, with upscaled visuals to support high-definition displays and additional upgrades to enhance playability with a controller.

The collection also includes a brand-new Final Cut of Aladdin and an original Aladdin Tradeshow Demo that has not been publicly available since 1993. Since both of these games are quite challenging, you’ll be able to instantly save, rewind, select levels, trigger god mode, or enable infinite lives if you’re having problems. There’s also an Interactive Game Viewer in there that enables you to view full playthroughs, with the ability to skip forward and start playing at any point.
