Diablo-like ‘Torchlight III’ lets you build your own fort

Torchlight is a cult classic franchise that has millions of fans around the world. Torchlight II recently launched on Xbox One and runs at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second on the system. Gamers are loving the experience, but everyone wants to know more about Torchlight III.

Today, publisher Perfect World Entertainment and developer Echtra Games told us more about forts. You can build your own fortress in the upcoming game and style it however you like. The video tells us more.

Perfect World Entertainment and Echtra Games are sharing a first look at the new Forts system in Torchlight III. When Torchlight III releases on PC later this year, players will have the opportunity to build and customize their very own fortress on the frontier. Forts allow each adventurer to leave their personal mark on the world, as these structures can be personalized and adorned with treasures that have been crafted or earned through combat. Forts also serve as an important hub where players can meet up with friends, progress their characters, plus swap out skills and entire armor sets.
