Samsung highlights its efforts towards innovating TV accessibility

In an official newsroom post, via an infographic, Samsung has explained all the accessibility features its latest range of TVs offers to customers. As the leading TV manufacturer in the world, Samsung shows how it has been delivering improved TV accessibility features, allowing anyone and everyone to easily connect with the world via their TVs.

The 2022 TV lineup that the company introduced at the recent Unbox and Discover events comes with the Auto Caption Position feature. This feature places the closed captions in areas that do not interfere with the content being played. Besides, it provides an explanation of all TV menu options in sign language with an avatar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Samsung TVs have seen substantial growth in accessibility features. Notably, Samsung TVs had 3 accessibility features back in 2014, which grew to 17 functions in 2022, and Samsung seems committed to dialing up the number of accessibility features in its upcoming TVs to make them usable for all.
