Razer embraces lefties with upcoming Naga: Left-Handed Edition

Razer revealed today that it’s preparing to bring the Naga: Left-Handed Edition back in 2020. After a long campaing by left-handed gamers, Razer is now allowing people to register their interest so it can measure demand for the Naga: Left-Handed edition ahead of launch.

The Naga has a particularly popular following in the massively multiplayer online (MMO) game community because of its ability to bind actions to its 12 side buttons. The Naga Trinity also opens the mouse up for MOBA players with swappable side panels.

A left-handed version of the Naga hasn’t been available for several years, which has left lefty fans of the mouse in a lurch. Because of the placement of the side buttons, however, the Naga isn’t ambidextrous, which leaves anyone not accustomed to using a right-handed mouse without a solid MMO option from Razer.

If you’re interested, you can pre-register for the mouse at Razer’s website. There’s no specific release date yet, outside of the 2020 timeframe.
