Galaxy Fold Android 10 with One UI 2.1 update out in the USA

Galaxy Fold owners have had to endure quite a long wait for Android 10. Despite being the costliest smartphone-cum-tablet ever put on the market by Samsung, the software support it has received has left a lot to be desired. Android 10 for the Galaxy Fold arrived after many budget and mid-range Galaxy phones, though now that the update has finally started rolling out, Samsung has quickly been releasing it in more and more countries.One UI 2.1 features like Quick Share are includedToday, the Android 10 update for the Galaxy Fold has reached the US. Carrying build number F900U1UEU3BTCE, the update brings One UI 2.1 to Samsung’s first foldable, along with a couple of new features from the Galaxy S20, including Quick Share and Music Share. Other One UI 2.1 and Galaxy S20 features, such as Pro video mode and Single Take mode for the camera, will also come to the Galaxy Fold, though Samsung will release a separate update for those features later down the line.The Android 10 update for the Galaxy Fold also includes the March 2020 security patch and all of the One UI 2.x goodies that you expect. You will be automatically notified of its arrival in due course, but you can download it right away from your Fold’s Settings » Software update menu.
