You can preorder the Surface Go 2 and its larger display now

Microsoft announced the Surface Go 2 earlier today, and the device is now available for preorder. The Surface Go 2 improves on several aspects of the original Surface Go, including having a larger display, a better front-facing camera, and improved internals. There’s also an option for an Intel Core m3 version for people who want a more powerful option and more affordable Intel Pentium Gold variant. The Pentium Gold version starts at $399 while the Core m3 version starts at $629.

The Surface Go 2 isn’t an overhaul of the original Surface Go. Instead, it features general improvements across the board. It has a larger 10.5-inch display that’s made possible by its thinner bezels. Because Microsoft expanded the display by thinning the bezels, the Surface Go 2 comes in the same sized body as the original Surface Go. The Surface Go 2 also has an improved 5MP front-facing camera, a larger battery than the original, and dual Microsoft Studio microphones.

The Surface Go 2 also has modern connectivity options, supporting both Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0.

You can grab the Surface Go 2 with or without LTE. There are quite a few variants of the Surface Go 2, including different storage options, processor options, and LTE and non-LTE models.
