The most notable changes are the absence of a 12GB/256GB memory variant and the 55W GaN charger in the box. Although the Chinese users can still get the 65W GaN adapter for free if they wish. Other than that, we have an identical phone with the Snapdragon 888 running the show and a 10-bit 6.81-inch AMOLED panel with QHD+ resolution at 120Hz. The available memory variants are 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. And even though that’s not new, Xiaomi also detailed the rumored built-in heart rate monitor into the fingerprint scanner. It didn’t say anything about that on the Chinese stage but it did say it’s available during the global announcement.

The main camera is 108MP f/1.9, while the secondary 13MP f/2.4 unit does ultrawide shots. A 5MP f/2.4 unit dedicated to macro photography completes the rear setup while the front houses a 20MP camera. The whole system is powered by a 4,600 mAh battery, which can be charged wirelessly using a compatible 50W charger or 55W using a cable.

The asking price for the base storage variant is €749 while the beefier 256GB model will set you back €799. However we are yet to learn the date of the official start of the sales.
