ViewSonic’s new gaming monitor helps you eliminate blur in your games

ViewSonic announced a new gaming monitor with a high refresh rate and a response time of 3ms. The ViewSonic ELITE XG270QC launches on June 1. The 27-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) monitor has a refresh rate of 165Hz. It also has a 1500R curvature and supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. You can check out the monitor’s Amazon listing which allows you to preorder it for $480.

ViewSonic focused on delivering smooth gameplay with the ViewSonic ELITE XG270QC, which features PureXP technology to reduce motion blur, support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and a fast refresh rate of 165Hz. It has a 3ms response time (1ms MRPT) to help games feel snappy as well. The monitor is certified for VESA DisplayHDR 400 and can reach a brightness of 550 cd/m2 (550 nits).

PureXP mode allows people to control motion blur. It’s a strobe backlight mode that enhances clarity of gameplay. ViewSonic announced that PureXP now has four levels of optimized blur reduction, which allow gamers to control the brightness and motion blur to meet their preference. People can adjust the monitor further with the ELITE Display Controller software. This allows gamers to customize RGB lighting and change display modes.

The ViewSonic ELITE XG270QC launches on June 1, 2020 and is available for preorder now.
