However, the update doesn’t seem to include fixes for the critical Android OS vulnerability that’s been reported to target a few Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S8 series. These issues are likely to be addressed with the November 2019 security patch instead.As usual, the update should be accompanied by a notification that users can tap to download and install the latest software version to their phones.
