Untitled Goose Game flies onto Xbox One soon (update)

Updated December 5, 2019: Untitled Google Game is coming to Xbox One on December 17. TrueAchievements was able to confirm this and said, “We have just picked up the Untitled Goose Game achievement list, and news that the ridiculously popular evil goose simulator is coming to Xbox One on December 17.” It also runs at 4K resolution on Xbox One X.

A few days ago, a game called Untitled Goose Game launched on the Epic Games Store and Nintendo Switch. Since then, it’s become of of the most popular titles on both stores. The game’s premise is quite simple. It’s a lovely morning in a village and you’re a horrible goose. Untitled Goose Game is essentially about a goose let loose on an unsuspecting populace. Make your way around town, from gardens to the shops, setting up pranks, stealing hats, honking a lot, and generally ruining everyone’s day.

According to a report by GameSpot, Untitled Goose Game may be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 because the team wants to port the title over before moving onto its next project. However, it doesn’t seem like any concrete plans are in place so we’ll have to see if this happens.

A lot of Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gamers are clamoring for the opportunity to play this game, so that should translate to good sales. However, since it’s quite a niche experience, it’s unclear if that may happen. The team also said that it’s thinking about a mobile version of Untitled Goose Game, but that’s only going to happen if they nail down touch controls.
