During the PlayStation Showcase 2021, Sony has been peppering fans with reveal after announcement. One of the highlights of the event was certainly confirmation that Uncharted is indeed heading to PC after months of rumors and speculation. Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection has officially been announced as a remastered pairing of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, and it’s heading to PS5 and PC in early 2022.

Naughty Dog and PlayStation is bringing the game to both Steam and the Epic Games Store with the help of Iron Galaxy, giving players some choice as to where to pick up the new Uncharted collection. It’s not clear exactly how significant of a remaster the collection will be, but early looks in the trailer appear to look pretty great. There’s no exact release date for Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection yet.

Iron Galaxy is a noted force in the industry when it comes to porting console games to PC platforms, and has assisted on ports like Skyrim, Destiny, and more in the past. Hopefully, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will represent another quality port from PlayStation and provide PC players with the features and settings they expect, while delivering the experience that Uncharted previously provided only to PlayStation players.

If Naughty Dog and Iron Galaxy are able to bring a compelling port to PC with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, we may have another one of the best PC games on our hands. This is the latest in a growing series of ports from PlayStation, including Horizon Forbidden Dawn Complete Edition and Days Gone.
