Windows 11 is here, and it’s rolling out to plenty of PCs around the world. Existing PCs that hit Windows 11 minimum requirements can receive the upgrade for free, but what about new laptops that ship with Windows 11 right from the factory? The list is growing each day, and we’ve rounded up all the Windows 11 laptops you can buy right now. Be sure to check closely when shopping around, as there are still plenty of older models with the same name that are still shipping with Windows 10.

Microsoft Surface

Microsoft Surface products currently shipping with Windows 11 include the new Surface Pro 8, Surface Laptop Studio, Surface Go 3, and Surface Pro X. Older Surface models might still ship with Windows 10, but in most cases you can upgrade to Windows 11 after purchase.

Convertible supremacy:
HP Spectre x360

HP’s Spectre lineup shipping with Windows 11 includes the Spectre x360 13, Spectre x360 14, Spectre x360 15, and the new Spectre x360 16. Some older models are still shipping with Windows 10, so be sure to double-check that Windows 11 comes pre-installed before checkout.

Affordable but premium:
HP ENVY and ENVY x360

HP’s ENVY lineup includes standard and convertible (x360) versions. Those shipping with Windows 11 include the ENVY 13, ENVY 14, ENVY 15, ENVY x360 13, and ENVY x360 15. Note that some older models shipping with Windows 10 are still available at many retailers, so be sure Windows 11 is pre-installed before final checkout.

Essential HP:
HP Laptop

HP’s generic brand of laptops can get you a lot of PC for a low price. Models with Windows 11 pre-installed include the HP Laptop 14, HP Laptop 15, and HP Laptop 17. These are available in touch and non-touch options with plenty of configuration options for each. Price start around $350.

HP Pavilion

The Pavilion line includes standard and convertible (x360) models. Those shipping with Windows 11 include the HP Pavilion 13, HP Pavilion Aero 13, HP Pavilion x360 14, HP Pavilion 15, HP Pavilion x360 15, and HP Pavilion Gaming 15. Some older models are still shipping with Windows 10, so be sure to verify that Windows 11 comes installed on the model you want.

HP’s gaming lineup:
HP OMEN

If you’re looking to game with Windows 11 improvements, HP’s OMEN line is shipping with Windows 11. These laptops include the HP OMEN 15, HP OMEN 16, HP OMEN 17, and HP Victus 16. There are plenty of models available with up to an NVIDIA RTX 3070 GPU and 11th Gen Intel Core i7 H-series CPU. Keep an eye out for Windows 10 models still hanging around when buying.

The best from Dell:
Dell XPS

Dell’s XPS series includes some of the best Windows laptops around, and many have made the jump to Windows 11. The latest XPS 13, XPS 15, XPS 17, and XPS 13 2-in-1 models have it pre-installed. Just watch out for older models still shipping with Windows 10, as there are plenty of XPS laptops that released in the past few years still for sale.

Tons of options:
Dell Inspiron

Dell’s Inspiron lineup ranges from ultra-budget laptops for around the house, all the way up to premium options that rival the XPS lineup. Inspiron laptops shipping with Windows 11 include the 13-, 14-, 15-, and 16-inch models with touch and non-touch displays. There are also convertible options mixed in for those who like a tablet experience. If you like the XPS series but don’t want to pay as much, be sure to check these out.

Premium gaming stable:
Dell Alienware

Want to game on a Dell laptop with Windows 11? The Alienware brand is where you want to look. The Alienware m15 R5, Alienware m15 R6, Alienware G15, Alienware x15, and Alienware x17 are all available to ship with Windows 11 installed. This includes Ryzen Editions for those who lean more toward Team Red.

More affordable gaming:
Dell G Series

If Alienware prices are just a bit too steep, Dell also has a G Series lineup of gaming laptops. Those shipping with Windows 11 include the G15, G15 Ryzen Edition powered by AMD hardware, and G15 Special Edition with extra performance hardware.

Premium business laptops:
Lenovo ThinkPad

Lenovo dominates our collection of best business laptops with its ThinkPad line, and many are now shipping with Windows 11. Samsung was quick to jump on offering Windows 11 in all of its Galaxy Ultrabooks. Its Galaxy Book Pro, Galaxy Book Pro 360, Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, and Galaxy Book Go can all be purchased directly from Samsung with Windows 11 installed.

Acer’s laptops are generally quite affordable, and a couple recent releases are shipping with Windows 11. The Acer Swift 5 for 2021 brings 11th Gen Intel Core hardware and impressive battery life, while the Aspire Vero is an eco-friendly option made up mainly of recycled materials. In the case of laptops shipping now with Windows 11 installed, many of the best Ultrabooks, gaming laptops, and convertibles are available. If we’re making some suggestions, the new crop of Surface PCs is certainly attractive.
