Teaser sparks speculation ‘Yakuza’ coming to Xbox Game Pass soon

A few weeks ago, Microsoft and Sega announced that a few Yakuza games were coming to Xbox Game Pass soon. Well, it looks like they may be added in the month of February. Today, Twitter was abuzz when the official Xbox Game Pass account capitalized “Y” in its teaser and said that a few titles were joining the service soon.

As always, we’ll have to wait to find out, but given the fact that Kingdom Hearts games are available for purchase in New Zealand, and the Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle launches tomorrow, it may be a day Xbox One owners get a massive dose of Japanese games on the service.

Yakuza 0

Fight like hell through Tokyo and Osaka as junior yakuza Kiryu and Majima. Take a front-row seat to 1980’s life in Japan in an experience unlike anything else in video gaming. There’s ton of action as well as karaoke.

Yakuza Kiwami

Become Kazuma Kiryu, an up-and-coming yakuza who takes the fall for the murder of a crime boss, only to emerge from prison ten years later to a changed world.

Yakuza Kiwami 2

Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, must face the ambitious Ryuji Goda, the Dragon of Kansai, in an all-out war between two rival yakuza clans. There can only be one dragon.

We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more. I hope it’s true because I can’t wait to play the Xbox One X Enhanced versions on my console.
