T-Mobile details Galaxy S20 prices, pre-order and release dates
T-Mobile has announced that it will be offering the 5G variants of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. The carrier is also boasting about how the Galaxy S20 smartphones will be the first to tap into all three bands of T-Mobile nationwide 5G network. T-Mobile will be taking pre-orders for all three phones from February 20 at 9:01 pm PT and will start selling them in stores on March 6, which is also the general worldwide release date for Samsung’s new flagships.Prices go up to $1,599.99 off-contractAs far as pricing is concerned, the Galaxy S20 will naturally be the most affordable of the lot. T-Mobile is asking $41.67 ($0 down) for the 128GB Galaxy S20 as part of its 24-month Equipment Installment Plan and $999 outright. The Galaxy S20+ 128GB will be available for $0 down and $50 per month, and the 512GB model will cost $149.99 down and $50 per month. Those who prefer to pay upfront will have to shell out $1,199.99 and $1,349.99 respectively.The Galaxy S20 Ultra, which is the model for those who want the best of the best and don’t mind paying a premium for it, will start at $1,399.99 for the 12GB+128GB configuration and go up to $1,599.99 for the 16GB+512GB model. On contract, the 128GB model is priced at $58.34 per month on $0 down payment and $58.34 for the 512GB model with $199.99 down payment.The color options vary according to the storage capacity and the model you’re picking up. The Galaxy S20 will be sold in Cosmic Grey, Cloud Pink, and Cloud Blue. The 128GB Galaxy S20+ will be offered in Cosmic Grey, Cloud Blue, and Cosmic Black while the 512GB model will only come in Cosmic Black. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 512GB will also be sold in just Cosmic Black, though the 128GB model also comes in just two colors: Cosmic Grey and Cosmic Black.
