Microsoft announced the Surface Go 2 today, a small convertible table with a 10.5-inch screen. The Surface Go 2 retains the same dimensions as its predecessor but has improved internals and more processor options. If you’re on the market to get one and would like to protect it, you can now preorder a Surface Go Sleeve. They’re available in either Ice Blue, Poppy Red, Sage, and Matte Black for $70.
Because the Surface Go 2 has the same physical dimensions as the original Surface Go, the Surface Go Sleeve will work with either device. The Surface Go Sleeve will be available starting May 12, which is the same day that the Surface Go 2 will be available.
The Surface Go 2 has thinner bezels than the original Surface Go, creating a 10.5-inch screen. It also has variants powered by either an Intel Pentium Gold processor or an Intel Core m3 processor. We haven’t had the Surface Go 2 for long, but you can check our comparison between benchmarks of the Pentium Gold and Core m3 versions to help you make your decision.
