Serial Cleaners has a new trailer showing a different map and character

Serial Cleaners is the bloody and expanded sequel to the stealth puzzler Serial Cleaner, where a single letter can apparently make all the difference. Today, developer Draw Distance has released a brand-new trailer for Serial Cleaners, which includes two new tidbits of information for players to sink their teeth into: the introduction of the vertical 5Pointz map and the debut of another playable character Latisha “Lati” Thomas.

Serial Cleaners expands on the original in every way with new maps, characters, and gameplay. It takes the series to a nostalgic 1990’s New York and has players clean up disastrous crime scenes for the mob — just don’t get caught. In the latest trailer, players can see 5Pointz, a very vertical and colorful locale in a rundown part of New York. The second of the four playable characters, Latisha “Lati” Thomas, also introduces herself as a music lover with a unique skill set.

Serial Cleaners doesn’t have a definitive release date, but it should be available to players at some point in 2021. We also don’t know the exact platforms Serial Cleaners intends to come to, but we know that it’s heading to PC through Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. As far as console platforms are concerned, we can only assume it means Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and possibly Switch.

If Serial Cleaners heads to Xbox and delivers on its gore-tastic puzzler action, it could end up being one of the best Xbox games. Keep an eye on this one.
