Save $80 on this Acer Nitro 27-inch monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate

The Acer Nitro VG271 27-inch monitor has dropped to $209.99 through Amazon today. This is a great low price that is $80 off the monitor’s regular price and within $10 of its lowest price ever. It’s the first time since last year that we’ve seen it go on sale on Amazon, too. This looks like a monitor that is being replaced my more current generations, but you’re not going to find something newer going for this low. If saving money is one of your goals, and you probably wouldn’t be reading this if it wasn’t, then this is a solid option for you.

$209.99 at Amazon

The Acer monitor has a 27-inch screen, and its specifications include a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time with Acer’s Visual Response Boost technology. It manages a 1ms response time despite using an IPS panel, which usually have much slower response times. The benefit of the IPS panel means you get great color accuracy and up to 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. All of that is pretty important if you’re a gamer or plan to use the monitor for binge watching media like your favorite movies.

You’ll also get AMD Radeon FreeSync technology that can work with your AMD graphics card to help reduce screen tearing, DisplayHDR400 for HDR support to enhance the image quality, and more. The ports include one DisplayPort and two HDMI ports. Plus there are built-in 2-watt speakers you can use in a pinch.
