Samsung W23 5G will be unveiled on October 21

Samsung introduced the W22 5G last October, and its successor – W23 5G – will be unveiled on October 21 at 7PM local time in China.

Samsung hasn’t divulged anything about the W23 5G yet, but since the W22 5G was a custom version of the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G for the Chinese market, it’s safe to say that the W23 5G will also be a version of the Galaxy Z Fold4 for the world’s largest smartphone market.

A leaked poster suggested Samsung will also launch the W23 Flip, which will likely be a custom variant of the Galaxy Z Flip4 for China. Both the W23 5G and W23 Flip will be sold through China Telecom.

We’ll know more about the W23 lineup’s pricing and availability next Friday. In the meantime, you can read our Galaxy Z Fold4 review here and the Galaxy Z Flip4 review over here to learn more about the foldable smartphones.
