Samsung The Frame gets new art pieces from Singapore National Museum

Samsung Electronics held a launch event for its 2022 Neo QLED 8K and The Frame smart TVs in Singapore yesterday. And to mark the occasion, the company announced a partnership with the National Museum of Art in Singapore to bring new art pieces to lifestyle TV customers worldwide.

Samsung’s launch event demonstrated the power of The Frame by using this smart TV as a digital canvas for an art exhibition at the National Museum of Art in Singapore.

The Frame was designed to blend into the environment. Not only does it have a painting-like customizable frame, but the 2022 Frame models come with a matte, anti-glare display that helps create the illusion that you’re looking at a physical painting rather than a digital screen. As for customers outside of Singapore, thankfully, everyone can now experience these new works of art from the same museum through The Frame. Samsung’s growing Art Store for its lifestyle TV ‘The Frame’ now offers 20 new representative works of art for customers everywhere.

To this day, Samsung’s Art Store offers more than 1,600 art pieces from art galleries and museums around the world, including the Louvre in France, the State Hermitage Museum in Russia, Spain’s Thyssen Museum, and more.

The Frame (2022) is now available for pre-order in several markets, including Singapore and the United States. Prices start at $999 for the 43-inch variant. The Frame is also available with a 50, 55, 65, 75, and 85-inch display, though the larger it is, the more expensive it gets. The largest Frame model is priced at $4,299.
