Samsung stops One UI 4 beta updates for the Galaxy S21, stable release incoming

Samsung pushed its fourth One UI 4 beta for the Galaxy S21 series last week, and today a company representative revealed it was the final one. The next firmware for the 2021 flagship will be the stable update but we still have no ETA.

Samsung stops feeding One UI 4 beta to Galaxy S21 users, next up is stable update

The Community Manager on Beta operations revealed any issues with the fourth Beta will be fixed with the new package, which will be the official firmware. So barring the discovery of any major last-minute issues the next time an update notification arrives it should be for the Android 12-based One UI 4 stable version.

The Galaxy S21 smartphones will be the first to get the stable One UI 4, while Galaxy S20, Z Fold3, Z Flip3 and Note20 are next in line for the package. We expect the Galaxy S21 FE, scheduled for a launch in early 2022 to be the first phone to run the Android 12-based UI out of the box.
