Samsung LED Cover app receives its fourth update this year
Samsung LED Cover is getting a software update. The new version is 9.5.02. This app governs Samsung’s smartphone covers that feature LED lights, and version 9.5.02 is the fourth update released this year.
Samsung rarely publishes changelogs for these minor companion apps, and it’s unclear what Samsung LED Cover version 9.5.02 changes under the hood. The other four updates released earlier this year were also lacking in information.
Regardless of what version 9.5.02 brings new, this app update concerns only Samsung Galaxy smartphone users that use LED covers for their devices, such as the Galaxy S22 LED View Cover. The update should be downloaded automatically.
Samsung has released the LED View Cover for the Galaxy S22 series in two color options, black and light gray. The LED View Cover costs $64.99 regardless of model, and it’s available for the S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra.
