Samsung Galaxy Watch4 series gets its first software update

The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Watch4 Classic unveiled last week won’t go on sale until next Friday, but they have already received their first software updates.

The new builds, carrying version R8xxXXU1BUH5 and weighing about 290MB in size, improve the smartwatch’s performance and squash some bugs. The changelog also mentions “New and / or enhanced features,” but we don’t have any details about them.

When your Galaxy Watch4/Watch4 Classic arrives, you’ll be able to install this update on the device through the Wearable app installed on the paired smartphone.
