Samsung Galaxy A53 5G gets the June 2022 update in Europe

The Galaxy A53 began its journey toward the June 2022 security patch a couple of days ago when Samsung rolled out the update for the 5G model in Asia. The June 2022 security patch first landed on the Galaxy A53 5G featuring model number SM-A536E. Now the international 5G model is getting a similar treatment, meaning that the update is available for the Galaxy A53 5G featuring model number SM-A536B.

The latest firmware update for the Galaxy A53 5G is rolling out in dozens of European countries. The list includes Italy, the UK, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Croatia, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland, France, and the Czech Republic.

June update improves camera stability?

Galaxy A53 5G customers should look for firmware number A536BXXU2AVF2. According to the official changelog, the new update brings the June 2022 security patch and should also improve the overall stability of the phone and the camera.

Keep in mind that Samsung’s monthly changelogs are often copy-pasted and can rarely be trusted in terms of accuracy. However, the firmware number indicates that the update should contain more than the June security patch, which is a step in the right direction.
