Redmi Note 11 series is arriving on October 28

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi today announced it will unveil the Note 11 series on October 28 in China.

The company also shared a couple of posters on its Weibo account, revealing a punch hole display and a triple camera setup on the rear. The smartphone also has volume buttons on the right-side frame, with the 3.5mm headphone jack placed on top alongside what’s likely an IR blaster and a speaker tuned by JBL.

Since Redmi says it will unveil the Note 11 series next Thursday, you can expect more than one smartphone. The company doesn’t tell us how many smartphones the Note 11 series includes, but rumors claim we are looking at two devices – Note 11 and Note 11 Pro.

The Pro variant is said to come with a Dimensity 920 SoC, 120Hz OLED screen, and a 5,000 mAh battery, which will charge at up to 67W or 120W.

The vanilla model will also pack a 5,000 mAh cell, but it’s rumored to go up to 33W. It will sport a 120Hz LCD and have a Dimensity 810 at the helm with two memory options – 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB. The Pro version, on the other hand, will also be available in a third trim, having 8GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard.

With the launch event eight days away, you can expect more details about the Note 11 to surface in the lead-up to the unveiling, both in the form of leaks and official teasers.
