Realme UI 2.0 edges closer for X7, C12 and C15 as new betas arrive
Realme’s campaign of bringing Realme UI 2.0 to a number of its smartphones is going at full steam, with three more phones opening to the public. Realme X7 5G users can sign up for Early Access, while Realme C12 and Realme C15 owners are already past that step and in line for Open Beta.
The process with all phones is pretty much the same, but Early Access means more bugs, errors and non-supported apps, so Realme suggests only people who are ready to deal with the unpredictable impact on the phone and its effect on daily use. The package is over 5GB in size, and you can join through the Software Update menu in Settings, clicking on the wheel, then following the steps.
Any Realme X7 5G phone is eligible to join, however, there are limited “seats” and only devices with enough storage, 60% battery and UI version RMX3092PU_11.A.14/ RMX3092PU_11.A.16/ RMX3092PU_11.A.17 will be allowed.
Realme C12 and Realme C15 eligible for Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta
The Realme C12 and Realme C15 are already past this process, so Open Beta is now available for pretty much everybody, willing to sacrifice the otherwise smooth experience with Realme UI.
Application for all three phones open today, and users are encouraged to report bugs both through the Community app or the desktop website.
