Realme TechLife Air Purifier and Vacuum Cleaners launching on September 30 in India
Yesterday we exclusively reported that Realme will launch the TechLife Air Purifier in India next week, and today the company confirmed it will introduce the appliance in its biggest market on September 30.
In addition to the Air Purifier, Realme will also launch the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and the Robot Vacuum Cleaner in India next Thursday.
Realme hasn’t revealed the Indian pricing of these products yet, but yesterday we exclusively reported that the Air Purifier’s HEPA filter will have an MRP of INR1,499 ($20/€17), with the actual selling price expected to be lower.
The Realme TechLife Air Purifier features a three-stage filtration system, and Realme claims it removes 99.95% of 0.3-micron particles and PM2.5 pollution from the air.
The appliance is advertised to take 14.4 minutes to purify the air in a 30m3 room and comes with a real-time air quality indicator. You also get a timer that allows you to automatically turn off the purifier after two, four, or eight hours of usage.
The Handheld Vacuum Cleaner packs a 140W motor with 10,500 RPM, providing a maximum suction power of 9.5KPa. It comes with a washable HEPA filter and an auto-rotating floor brush with an RPM of 2,200. Realme says the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner has a 40-minute runtime in Soft Mode and 20 minutes in Strong Mode.
The Robot Vacuum Cleaner, on the other hand, comes with a 2-in-1 Vacuum + Mopping function and features a LiDAR system for smart mapping and navigation. The appliance has an auto-recharge feature and packs a 5,200 mAh battery. It also has a 600mL Dust Box onboard, and you can purchase the 300mL Electronic Water Tank separately if you want to use the mopping function. Moreover, the Robot Vacuum Cleaner has Google Assistant and Alexa support, allowing you to operate it with voice control.
