Rainbow Six Siege releases Capitao Elite skin with Shifting Tides

Ubisoft has unveiled its latest update headed to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, packing new Operators Kali and Wamai, and a reworked Theme Park. The year’s concluding expansion fulfills much-needed anti-gadget and anti-projectile roles in the roster, packaged via an aquatic seasonal theme. Operation Shifting Tides also means a new Elite set on the horizon, this time outfitting Capitão in sporting attire.

The latest Elite alludes to Capitão’s heritage, as the team’s Brazilian BOPE offense under Operation Skull Rain. Prominent in his country’s national identity, “Responsa” encompasses a soccer theme, accompanied by the Operator’s throwback casual style. It also features a gold-dipped TAC Mk0 Crossbow, with skins for the Para-308, M249, and PRB92.

Elite sets serve as Rainbow Six Siege’s most distinct cosmetics, bundling weapon skins, uniform, headgear, and charms into a single premium package. They also provide customization elements not traditionally available, including a gadget skin, golden pre-match Operator card, and final victory pose.

As with all Rainbow Six Siege Elite sets, the Capitão Elite will be obtainable exclusive with R6 Credits, the game’s premium currency purchased with real-world cash. The Responsa bundle is expected to cost 1,800 R6 Credits, around $15, or 1,620 R6 Credits via the Year 4 Pass holders discount.

Rainbow Six Siege Operation Shifting Tides hits the Technical Test Server (TTS) on November 11, 2019, ahead of broader availability slated for early December.
