When OnePlus unveiled its Nord it left plenty of fans disappointed with its limited international availability. One big market to lose out was the US though we did get a promise that there will be more affordable OnePlus phones in the coming months. According to a new report from Android Central the next budget OnePlus device will bear the Clover code name and will come with a price tag in the $200 range. More importantly, it will be available globally.
The report specifies the phone’s key specs which include a 6.52-inch HD+ display, Snapdragon 460 SoC with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and a hefty 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging. The device will also come with a 13MP primary camera around the back alongside two 2MP auxiliary lenses – likely for depth and macro shots.
The software side will be covered by Android 10 with OxygenOS 10 on top. Other notable features include a headphone jack and rear fingerprint scanner. There’s still no word on the release date though we’ll surely hear more about the phone in the coming months.
