Microsoft today rolled out a new batch of cumulative updates for Windows 10 PCs. Available for the Windows 10 May 2019 Update and earlier, these updates are marked as required, and they contain a fix for an issue that can cause print jobs to fail. The updates also bring build on the September 23 cumulative updates that brough a mitigation for an Internet Explorer security vulnerability.
Here’s a look at what’s new:
- Addresses an intermittent issue with the print spooler service that may cause print jobs to fail. Some apps may close or generate errors, such as the remote procedure call (RPC) error.
