Nightdive Studios shared on Tuesday that the System Shock remake is now slated to arrive in 2022. Additionally, there’s several new screenshots that give a better idea of just what is coming. You can check out all the new screenshots in the gallery below:
“System Shock has been a true labour of love and our goal has always been to deliver a game that is as close to perfect as we can make it,” said Stephen Kick, founder and CEO of Nightdive Studios. The System Shock remake is currently available for preorder on PC via Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store. Exact console platforms have not been specified, but it’s referred to as a “multi-platform release,” meaning it’s fair to expect it’ll be available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PS5.
2022 is looking like a strong year for horror titles, as Striking Distance Studios’ The Callisto Protocol is currently slated to arrive somepoint in the year, while Motive Studios’ Dead Space remake is also rumored to arrive in 2022.
