Microsoft releases new ISO files for Windows 10 build 20231

Shortly after releasing Windows 10 build 20231 to Dev channel Insiders earlier today, Microsoft has released the ISO files for the build as well. Windows Insiders who want to perform a clean install of build 20231 can download the files from Microsoft right now.

Windows 10 build 20231 brings a new out-of-box experience (OOBE) that allows you to customize the tools and services Windows will suggest to get you started. The feature doesn’t actually work right now, but the UI is implemented so you can see it and test it out with a clean install of 20231.
