Microsoft Edge Dev channel now syncs open tabs between devices

Microsoft today shipped another weekly update for the Microsoft Edge Dev channel, and it comes with a major new feature. You can now sync your open tabs between devices, allowing you to easily pick up where you left off on another instance of Microsoft Edge on your phone or another PC.

“To see the tabs from your other devices, go to the History section of the … menu,” Microsoft said in a Tech Community post announcing the update. People signed in with work and school accounts can also now sync data to Edge for Mac.

There are a ton of other changes and improvements as well. Here’s a rundown:

If you are already testing the Dev channel, you can grab this update now via the “About” section of the settings menu. Otherwise, the Dev, Canary, and Beta channels for the Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge are available to download from the Edge Insider site now.
