The Meizu 16T will be unveiled later today at an event in China, and just ahead of the launch, leaked promo materials come to reveal the design and most of the specs.
Last week Meizu VP shared an image of the 16T which showed us what the phone’s back looks like, and today’s leak tells us that the phone will have a 6.5″ Super AMOLED notch-less display on the front with a fingerprint reader embedded in it.
The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC and come with UFS 3.0 storage. The material doesn’t include information about the RAM and storage, but from AnTuTu and TENAA listings we know it will come with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
The Meizu 16T will sport a triple camera setup on the back, and the leak reveals that it will let you take wide-angle shots with an FOV of 118 degrees as well as macro shots of objects from as close as 2.5cm.
The 16T will pack a 4,500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and feature dual stereo speakers.
The launch event starts a 2:30 PM Beijing time, so there’s not much we have to wait to know the 16T’s full specs, price, and availability.
