Minecraft Dungeons is an upcoming action RPG with dungeon crawling at the heart of its gameplay loop. That means piles of loot, gear, and weapons, with plenty of monsters to slay on the side. Naturally, you’re going to need the right tools for the job. That’s where we come in.
Here’s a list of all the current armor sets and types we’ve found so far in Minecraft Dungeons, with an explanation on the types of gameplay and enchants they support.
Minecraft Dungeons takes the best of Minecraft and Diablo and smushes them together with a healthy dose of action RPG goodness. It’s gunning for a May 26 launch and should be on your radar.
Hunter’s Armor
The Hunter’s Armor seems oriented around archery playstyles, boosting the amount of arrows you can collect while also boosting your ranged damage in general. Here are some of the generic and unique enchants we’ve found for Hunter’s Armor users so far.
Rolling produces a small static charge that zaps nearby enemies for bonus damage.

When using healing potions, sometimes you’ll spawn extra potions to help yourself or allies.
Snowball

Snowball automatically stuns nearby mobs every few seconds.
Thorns

Perhaps better for melee-oriented characters, Thorns reflects damage you take directly back at enemies.
Cowardice

Ideal for ranged attackers who are adept at avoiding damage, Cowardice gives you bonus damage for remaining at full health.
Explorer
Source: Windows Central
Explorer grants a small bit of health regen for every one hundred blocks you explore in a level, which can be pretty handy for both solo and co-op play.
Fire Trail
Source: Windows Central
Fire Trail produces a plume of fire behind your character when you perform a dodge roll, igniting enemies in the process. Can be handy for kiting.
Food Reserves

Food Reserves produces a bunch of food items when you use a potion. While soloing this probably isn’t super useful, since you’ll be at full health anyway, but it can be a good bonus for your allies.
Wolf Armor
The Wolf Armor seems oriented around support-style play, with a shamanistic slant. It creates a weapon damage boost aura for your allies, and also makes your health potions heal them too.
Swiftfooted

Wolf Armor users get access to Swiftfooted, alongside other armor types. This grants a speed bonus after a dodge roll, which is handy for escaping groups of enemies.
Snowball
Source: Windows Central
Snowball grants you a free stun every few seconds against a nearby mob, with a quick snowball toss.
Cooldown
Source: Windows Central
For those who want to have a more “mage”-like gameplay style, the Cooldown enchant increases the frequency by which you can use your artefact abilities.
Burning

Every few seconds, you’ll ignite enemies within melee range. Great if you’re playing a melee-oriented Wolf dude.
Frenzied

When your health is below half, you’ll fly into a rage inducing increased melee and ranged attack speeds.
Explorer
Source: Windows Central
Like Explorer on other armor sets, this grants you free health regen every few dozen blocks of travel.
Cowardice
Source: Windows Central
If you’re like me and prefer playing from the backlines, far away from the scary monsters, this skill grants a damage bonus if you’re attacking with maximum health.
Scale Mail
Scale Mail is a melee character’s best friend, boosting melee damage, damage reduction, and health. Use this if you want to get up close and personal with your enemies. Here are the Scale Mail-compatible enchants we’ve seen so far.

Swiftfooted grants you a small speed bonus after you roll, which can be handy for escaping mobs, and also chasing down ranged attackers like archer skeletons.
Health Synergy
