AMD propose de nouveaux pilotes graphiques, les Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition v20.11.1. Ils apportent des optimisations de performance mais s’accompagnent de bug.
Disponibles en téléchargement, ces Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition v20.11.1 proposent des environnements optimisés pour les jeux DIRT 5, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Godfall et Call of Duty: Black Ops cold war. Par contre des problèmes sont possible lors de l’utilisation de la fonction « Enhanced Sync », AMD évoque un écran noir dans certains jeux. Des soucis sont aussi annoncés de l’utilisation de la fonction Overlay pour l’affichage des performances. Tous les détails sont disponibles en fin d’article.
Ces pilotes sont disponibles en deux versions (Windows 7 et 10 64-bit). Le constructeur propose un utilitaire censé détecter le système d’exploitation et la solution graphique présents. Une fois télécharger il est nécessaire d’exécuter le package approprié à votre configuration puis de suivre toutes les instructions affichées à l’écran. Il est recommandé de redémarrer votre ordinateur afin que les changements prennent effets.

Known Issues
- Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
- Performance Metrics Overlay and the Performance Tuning tab incorrectly report higher than expected idle clock speeds on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products. Performance and power consumption are not impacted by this incorrect reporting.
- Modifying the HDMI Scaling slider may cause FPS to become locked to 30.
