Ever since Xbox One backward compatibility was announced, gamers have been asking for a few high-profile games. While the
majority of requests revolve around the Call of Duty franchise, the Lego franchise has been other hot series. Today, Microsoft announced that Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes and Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants are now backward compatible.
The Dynamic Duo of Batman and Robin join other famous super heroes from the DC Universe including Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern to save Gotham City from destruction at the hands of the notorious villains Lex Luthor and the Joker.
The mighty kingdoms of Spain, England, France, and the Netherlands fight over the colonies. And there you are, a young sea captain whose only goal is to become the most powerful person in the New World. To achieve that goal, you may choose one of the two available campaigns. Develop a successful trading company, lead your ships in naval battles and force your opponents to their knees.
Be sure to check out both these games on Xbox One because they hold up even to this day.
