The new gaming device by vivo is going to be called iQOO 3 5G and is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. The brand teased a lot about the upcoming device, but today a photo of a slide with all key specs leaked, as well as some real-life photos and renders with the three colors.
The vivo iQOO 3 5G will have four cameras on the back in a setup that looks similar to what vivo Z6 5G has. The main shooter will be 48 MP while the selfie snapper will be embedded into the display behind a punch hole in the upper right corner.
Some of the specs like Snapdragon 865 and 55W Super Flash Charge are not surprising at all – after all iQOO already teased them. The iQOO 3 will have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, and since other phones with such memory support 8K video recording, we expect the same to be with this phone.
Since the iQOO 3 5G is gaming-oriented, it will have 4D Game Vibration, Eagle Eye Display Enhancement and 180 Hz touch response rate – all features to make the experience of playing games even smoother. There are also ergonomic monster touch buttons and iQOO UI with Monster Mode.
The vivo iQOO 3 will sell in three colors – Volcano Orange, Tornado Black, Quantum Silver. However, the color of the back is the less impressive part – what is more intriguing is the camera setup in the upper left corner. Camera samples of the phone were revealed on Weibo, showcasing the performance of the 13 MP portrait shooter, the 13 MP ultra-wide snapper, the performance of the micro sensor when the camera is at 2.3 cm from the object, and the Night mode of the camera.
