iPhone 15 CAD renders show Dynamic Island and USB-C port

A week after the iPhone 15 Pro renders emerged, we now have our first look at the non-Pro iPhone 15. These CAD-based renders shared by 9to5Mac depict two major changes from the outgoing iPhone 14 – a 6.2-inch display with a Dynamic Island pill-shaped cutout set to replace the infamous notch.

The second notable change compared to prior iPhones is the USB-C connector at the bottom of the device which will replace the dated Lighting port. The left-hand side will still house the mute switch and volume controls.

All iPhone 15 models will apparently feature USB-C connectors

The new report specifies they will likely be physical buttons instead of the rumored capacitive ones. The back will still house a dual camera setup with diagonally placed sensors.
