HyperX has tiny keyboards and a lightweight mouse for your gaming setup
HyperX just expanded its range of gaming accessories with a new small form factor keyboard and a lightweight gaming mouse. The tiny and lightweight accessories should deliver a solid gaming experience without taking up much space on a desk. The HyperX Alloy Origins 65 is available now for $100. The HyperX Pulsefire Haste is available for $80. HyperX also announced a new switch option and pink model for its HyperX Alloy Origins 60 gaming keyboard.
The HyperX Alloy Origins 65 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is 65% the size of many of the best gaming keyboards. It features HyperX Aqua tactile switches or HyperX Red linear switches. Despite its compact size, the keyboard has arrow keys, page up and down, a home key, and a delete key.
The HyperX Alloy Origins 60 is now available in pink. That keyboard has HyperX Aqua tactile switches or HyperX Red linear switches.
Both of the compact keyboards from HyperX have RGB exposed backlit keys and premium double shot PBT keycaps. They each also support macros and customizable per-key lighting effects.
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste wireless gaming mouse is available in either black or white. It connects through 2.4GHz and delivers low latency with a report rate of 1ms. The mouse weighs only 62g, due in part to its honeycomb hex shell design. According to HyperX, the compact mouse gets up to 100 hours of battery life on a single charge.
The Pulsefire Haste has TTC Golden Micro Dustproof switches that HyperX says should last 80 million clicks. Six programmable buttons and onboard storage can be used to create a custom profile. The mouse also supports four presets for DPI: 400, 800, 1,600, and 3,200. It’s possible to use up to 16,000 DPI through NGENUITY software.
