Huawei nova 7i launched in Malaysia with 6.4″ FHD+ display, Kirin 810 and 4,200 mAh battery

As expected, Huawei brought its nova 7i in Malaysia just in time for Valentine’s Day. While the naming is new, the device is completely identical to the Nova 6 SE which was launched back in December.

It has a 6.4-inch FHD+ display with a punch hole for the 16MP selfie cam. The back packs a four-camera array with a 48MP main shooter, 8MP ultrawide snapper and two 2MP shooters for macro and depth sensing, all housed in a square cutout.

Under the hood, we have the Kirin 810 alongside 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The software is covered by Android 10 with EMUI 10 on top while the battery comes in at 4,200 mAh and supports 40W fast charging.

The nova 7i is going on pre-order tomorrow and will be available in black, green and pink colors for MYR 1,099 ($265). Those who participate in the pre-order will also get a bundled Huawei Band 4.
