HP announces ProBook x360 11 G7 E laptop for education
HP announced the ProBook x360 11 G7 EE laptop this week. It’s a convertible laptop that can flip around to be used as a tablet or in several other modes. It features a rugged design that includes metal-reinforced corners a spill-resistant keyboard. It supports the HP Manageability Integration Kit that makes it easy to deploy and manage education devices.
The laptop features an 11.6-inch display and should stand up to the wear and tear of student life. It has metal-reinforced corners, a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 touchscreen, is drop tested up to 122 cm, and has a keyboard that is spill-resistant and pick-resistant. It passes 19 MIL-STD 810H tests, so it should be able to handle different types of damage.
The keyboard, chassis, and display of the laptop has been tested for up to 1,000 cleanings, which is important in a world where educators need to regularly sanitize equipment.
The HP ProBook x360 11 G7 EE is expected in February 2021. HP has not shared pricing details at this time.
