HONOR Router 3 can reach 3,000 Mbps and create a mesh network

HONOR launched the HONOR Router 3 today. The router supports speeds up to 3,000 Mbps and up to five of them can be paired together to create a mesh network. The router is available for preorder in Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and the UK. People in Italy can preorder the router starting on July 24. The HONOR Router 3 costs €79.90 or £79.99 depending on the country. It does not appear to have a release planned for the United States.

The router features a Gigahome Wi-Fi 6 Chipset, a dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU, and supports Wi-Fi 6 Plus. It features one WAN port and three LAN ports which support auto speed adaptation from 100Mbps to 1,000 Mbps. With Wi-Fi 6 support comes the expected speed increases of the standard, which includes network speeds up to three times faster than Wi-Fi 5.
