Honor introduces Band 6 to the global scene, Intel-powered MagicBook Pro tags along
Honor has announced today its global portfolio will grow with two mobile products – the Honor Band 6 and Honor MagicBook Pro with an Intel processor. Both devices will start appearing at markets where Honor is available soon.
The Honor Band 6 was initially introduced in early November with a big screen – it can easily be mistaken for a Huawei Watch Fit. However, this wearable comes with a smaller, but still big enough 1.47” AMOLED screen, rectangular shape, and a 2.5D curved glass on top.
This wearable has five health monitoring features (SpO2, Heart rate, Sleep, Stress, Female Cycle Tracker), ten workout modes with six of them detected automatically, and plenty of lovely easy-to-use software.
Honor is launching the Band 6 without NFC around the world and will be priced around $35 but the cost will fluctuate, depending on local rates, promos, etc.
The Honor MagicBook Pro also isn’t a new product per se, we reviewed a unit with an AMD Ryzen 4600H CPU several months ago. This time Honor brings an Intel Core i5-10210U processor and GeForce MX350 GPU on the inside. Everything else remains the same – 16.1” screen, 16 GB RAM, and 512 gigs storage. The battery capacity is 56 Wh and the device comes with a 65W fast charger.
The price of the MagicBook Pro will be approximately $1,000, once again with the asterisk that it might be different in some countries, depending on taxes, tariffs, market specifics, and others.
