Here’s everything that’s rolled out for Microsoft 365 personal this year

Microsoft 365 continues to expand in both its number of apps and number of features. Over the last several months, Microsoft rolled out several new features for its popular apps and services. There’s a new Office app for iPad, improvements to OneDrive, and several new features for Excel and Microsoft Editor.

Generally, we cover new features as they pop up, but Microsoft rounded up all of the new features from the last several months, which makes it easy to recap what’s rolled out and cover anything that we missed.

Here’s everything that’s rolled out for Microsoft 365 for individuals and families over the last few months.

General

• Back up and view iPhone Live Photos in OneDrive
• Use Designer in Word to beautify your documents

Excel

Microsoft Editor

• Get writing assistance in LinkedIn, WordPress, Gmail, and Google Docs
• Get the context on corrections and refinements

The biggest addition is probably the new Office app for iPad. Microsoft had an Office app for iPad before, but it opened up in windowed mode and wasn’t optimized to use the space the iPad provides.
