If you’re planning on playing Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on your PC, EA and Respawn Entertainment have updated the Origin page for the game with the minimum and recommended requirements. Below, you can see the minimum requirements you’ll need, just to run the game.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
  • Processor (AMD): FX-6100 or Equivalent
  • Processor (Intel): i3-3220 or Equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • Graphics card (AMD): Radeon HD 7750 or Equivalent
  • Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 650 or Equivalent
  • DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
  • Hard-drive space: 55 GB

Meanwhile, if you want an idea of what is needed on the higher end of the spectrum, here’s the recommended requirements. Do keep in mind that the recommended settings usually don’t mean “absolutely maxed out” as those absurd settings are usually reserved for the most premium hardware possible.

RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
  • Processor (AMD): Ryzen 7 1700 or Equivalent
  • Processor (Intel): i7-6700K or Equivalent
  • Memory: 16 GB
  • Graphics card (AMD): RX Vega 56 or Equivalent
  • Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 1070 or Equivalent
  • DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
  • Hard-drive space: 55 GB

Amusingly enough, the PC requirements initially recommended 32GB of RAM. This incredibly high number would’ve been astounding, as extremely few games need that kind of RAM even at the highest settings. Fortunately, EA quickly fixed it and now has the much more reasonable 16GB of RAM as the recommended option.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is currently set to release on November 15, 2019 for all platforms. If you’d like to see more footage from the game, you can check out the new trailer recently released, showing Cal’s mission. You can also check out the gameplay released earlier this year.
